  • Hybrid Physical Therapy (In-Person + App)

    The Hybrid Physical Therapy option gives you the best of both worlds—an in-person evaluation to assess your movement, plus a custom rehab and strength program delivered through an app. Monthly in-person check ins give you accountability and guidance while staying on track with your rehab program on your own time. Let’s build a plan that keeps you strong, mobile, and pain-free.

  • Online Rehab + Coaching (Fully Remote)

    Not in Austin? No problem! With the remote option, you get a personalized, evidence-based rehab and strength program built around your goals—without the stress of appointments. All movement evaluations and exercises are done through an app so you get accountability and a personalized program from anywhere.

    This includes:

    - virtual evaluation session
    - strength and rehab programming delivered via app
    - weekly in-app feedback and monthly Zoom calls to maintain progress
